Back from studying my Master in Israel in 2006, I met with Jonathan Riss, who is definitely an unmissable character for whoever is living, working or simply walking on Rue Saint Honoré and its adjacent streets in Paris. His brand, JAY AHR, his Parisian flagship store, both reflect his idea of luxury and retail theatre.
